Terms and Conditions

In case of any conflicts or discrepancies between this English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

Service Provider: Zlashers Company Limited

This document constitutes the legally binding Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") between Zlashers Company Limited ("the Company") and the Client ("the Client") engaging the Company’s production services. By confirming a booking or using the Company’s services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

A) Booking Policy

​

1. Deposit and Payment:
   1.1. To confirm a booking and secure the studio for the scheduled date, the Client must pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of HKD 1500.
   1.2. Full payment for any additional fees, as detailed in the quotation, must be made along with the deposit.

2. Additional Charges:
   2.1. Any extra charges related to specific session requirements will be communicated to the Client through the quotation. These charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Late Fees:
   3.1. Any additional fees incurred less than one day before the event must be paid on the day of the event.

4. Amendment Fee:
   4.1. A handling fee of HKD 1000 will be applied to any amendments made after the initial quotation has been invoiced.

5. Additional Costs During Event:
   5.1. The Client shall bear responsibility for any costs incurred during the photo shooting process.

6. Corporate Payment Arrangements:
   6.1. Corporate Clients may contact the Company via email at info@zlashers.com to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

7. Contact for Inquiries:
   7.1. For any inquiries regarding bookings or payments, the Client may contact the Company at info@zlashers.com.

 

B) Cancellation Policy

​

1. Cancellation Rights:
   1.1. The Client reserves the right to cancel the photography session for any reason.

2. Refund Policy:
   2.1. No refunds or transfers of any payments, including deposits and all extra fees charged, will be provided after the booking has been confirmed. This policy applies to all payments made for the booking and related services.

3. Studio Booking Fee:
   3.1. Any fees paid for studio bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

C) Rescheduling

​

1. Availability:
   1.1. Rescheduling is permitted under all packages, regardless of whether the Client has purchased a Reschedule Protection Plan.

2. Notice Period:
   2.1. The Client must provide at least seven (7) days’ notice in advance to reschedule the session.

3. Rescheduling Fee:
   3.1. A non-refundable operation surcharge of HKD 1000 will be applied for each rescheduling request.

4. Day Restrictions:
   4.1. Reservations initially made for weekdays may only be rescheduled to other weekdays.
   4.2. Reservations for weekends may only be rescheduled to other weekends.

 

D) Extended Coverage Due to Event Delays

​

1. Photographer’s Arrival:
   1.1. The session start time is determined by the photographer’s arrival at the venue.

2. Early Arrival:
   2.1. If early arrival is required for setup or other preparations, this must be scheduled in advance.

3. Hourly Charges:
   3.1. Any session extensions caused by delays not attributable to the Company will incur additional hourly charges.
   3.2. Charges will be rounded up to the nearest hour for billing purposes.

4. Invoice for Additional Hours:
   4.1. An invoice for additional hours will be issued to the Client after the event.

5. Early Event Endings:
   5.1. If the event ends earlier than scheduled, no refunds will be provided for unused time or services.

 

E) Additional Premium

​

1. Early Call Time Charges:
   1.1. HKD 400 per photographer will be charged for arrivals before 7:30 AM.
   1.2. HKD 200 per photographer will be charged for arrivals before 8:30 AM.

2. Late Departure Charges:
   2.1. HKD 200 per photographer will be charged for departures after 11:30 PM.
   2.2. HKD 400 per photographer will be charged for departures after 12:30 AM.

3. Travel Costs:
   3.1. Additional travel costs may apply for remote locations. These costs must be confirmed in advance.

4. Extra Charges and Time Changes:
   4.1. Extra charges will not be refunded in the event of any time changes or adjustments to the schedule.

 

F) Photographic Materials and Copyright

1. Photographic Discretion:
   1.1. All photographs will be taken and edited at the discretion of the photographer, based on their professional experience and artistic judgment.

2. Special Requests:
   2.1. The Client must communicate any special photography requests in advance of the session.

3. Ownership and Use:
   3.1. The photographer retains copyright to all images.
   3.2. The Company reserves the right to use the images for publicity purposes unless the Client explicitly objects in writing before the event.

G) Products of Zlashers Company Limited

​

1. Transport Damage:
   1.1. The Company assumes responsibility for any damage to physical products during transportation from the manufacturer to the Company.
   1.2. For transportation between the Company and the Client, liability lies with the carrier.

2. Product Care:
   2.1. Upon delivery, the Client assumes full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the physical product.

3. Scope of Liability:
   3.1. This section applies only to physical products. For terms and conditions related to digital products, please refer to the specified Terms and Conditions for digital services.

H) Liability

​

1. Client Responsibilities:
   1.1. The Client is responsible for informing the Company of any changes to the location, time, or date of the session.
   1.2. The Client must ensure the photography site is adequately prepared. Any delays caused by insufficient preparation may result in additional fees.

2. Damage and Loss:
   2.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any property loss, damage, or injury incurred during the photo shooting process.

I) Force Majeure

​

1. Limitation of Liability:
   1.1. In the event of cancellation by the Company due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., illness, injury, natural disasters), the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.

J) Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

​

1. Dispute Resolution:
   1.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

2. Governing Law:
   2.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

K) Final Clause

​

1. Final Decision: Zlashers Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters in case of disputes.
