Reschedule Protection Plan Policy

In case of any conflicts or discrepancies between this English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the Rescheduling Protection Plan ("RPP") offered by Zlashers Company Limited ("the Company") to its clients ("the Client"). By purchasing the RPP, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Overview of the Rescheduling Protection Plan (RPP)

1.1. The RPP is an optional plan that allows the Client to purchase a quota for free rescheduling of their booked photography sessions.
1.2. The RPP is designed to provide flexibility in rescheduling without incurring additional rescheduling fees for the number of reschedules covered under the plan.
1.3. The RPP fee is a fixed, upfront payment made at the time of booking or prior to the scheduled session.

2. Non-Refundable Nature of the RPP

2.1. The RPP fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client utilizes the rescheduling quota provided under the plan.
2.2. The non-refundable nature of the RPP applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

The Client not needing to reschedule the session.
The Client canceling the session entirely.
Any other situation where the rescheduling quota is unused.

3. Rescheduling Quota

3.1. The RPP allows the Client to reschedule their session up to the number of times specified in the plan without incurring additional rescheduling fees.
3.2. The rescheduling quota is valid only for the specific booking for which the RPP was purchased and cannot be transferred to other bookings or sessions.
3.3. Any rescheduling beyond the quota provided under the RPP will incur standard rescheduling fees as outlined in the Company’s general Terms and Conditions.

4. Eligibility and Purchase

4.1. The RPP must be purchased at the time of booking or no later than seven (7) days before the originally scheduled session date.
4.2. The RPP is available for all photography services offered by the Company, subject to the Company’s discretion.
4.3. The RPP cannot be purchased retroactively for sessions that have already been rescheduled.

5. Rescheduling Terms

5.1. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to info@zlashers.com or through the Company’s designated communication channels.
5.2. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the Company does not guarantee the availability of specific dates or times.
5.3. The Client must provide a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice to reschedule a session under the RPP. Requests made with less than seven (7) days’ notice may be subject to additional fees, even if the Client has purchased the RPP.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

6.1. The RPP does not cover cancellations. If the Client cancels the session entirely, the RPP fee and any other payments made will not be refunded.
6.2. The RPP does not apply to sessions rescheduled due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, the Company’s general Terms and Conditions will apply [5].
6.3. The RPP cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated by the Company.

7. Transferability

7.1. The RPP is non-transferable and applies only to the Client who purchased the plan.
7.2. The RPP cannot be transferred to other sessions, bookings, or clients.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to the RPP shall be resolved in accordance with the Company’s dispute resolution policy as outlined in its general Terms and Conditions [5].

9. Amendments to the RPP Terms and Conditions

9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client via email or through the Company’s website.
9.2. Continued use of the RPP after changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
