  • I heard some photographers charge extra on Weekends and Holidays, will you?
    We love to have everyone ready for photoshoot during holidays, so we WILL NOT charge additional on these days.
  • What are the best times to do photoshoot?
    Indoors: We recommend you to start our photo shooting from 9am to 3pm For outdoors: Summer: 4:30pm - 7:00pm Winter: 2:30pm - 5:00pm
  • Will you charge me extra if I bring 20 family members?
    Our most frequently heard question indeed! And, NO, we absolutely won't charge anything extra and we welcome you bring everyone to our session!
  • How much is the Deposit? What are my payment procedures?
    A non-refundable nor transferrable standard deposit of HKD 1500 shall be paid to confirm the quotation and secure your booking.
  • Can you recommend me some outfit and attires
    Yes! We will provide you a comprehensive pre-shooting checklist for your reference
  • Can I drive to your studio? Any parking available?
    Of course! We have a parking slot nearby, please contact us for more information on it.
  • Do you provide Makeup Service?
    Yes, we do provide professional makeup as our additional services. Charges as follows: Full make-up including hair - HKD889 General 10 minutes touch up - HKD499
  • I want to bring my pet, can I?
    WELCOME my fluffy friends! We are a pet-friendly photography studio~ Please bring them along and we will bring you some good snaps of them! * Additional HKD 500 cleaning deposit will be cleaned and returned if inspected tidiness*
  • Can I bring along my own props?
    Please feel free to do it! We will also provide some along :)
  • My grandma is on wheelchair, is your studio a barrier-free environment?
    Yes, accessible elevators and passageways are well provided inside the building.
  • How long do I need to wait to receive my photos and products?
    Photos: You'll receive your gallery within 14 business days. Express delivery is available for an added fee. Products: Any print or album orders will arrive at your home within 10 days from when your order is confirmed. We strive to deliver your images and cherished products promptly so you can relive the memories as soon as possible. Please let us know if you need faster delivery.
  • How can I receive my photos?
    We will bring all files to you through Google Drive for easy digital access. If you prefer, you can also request a USB backup shipped directly to your door.
  • Can your photos do big printings?
    Surely a YES! We use top-notch equipments from Nikon delivering max. 45 megapixels images, more than enough to make a billboard print!
  • Will you charge my photos separately? How much for 1 photo?
    NOOOOO!!!! We are AGAINT separate purchase of photos! We believe your memories are priceless. That's why we edit every photo with our signature Zlashers style and provide you with the full gallery. You'll have peace of mind knowing all images from your session are included, not à la carte.
  • Will you keep my photos forever?
    We will keep the approved delivery files for up to 1 year.
  • How does the Rescheduling Protection Plan (RPP) work?
    The Rescheduling Protection Plan (RPP) offers a safeguard for clients who anticipate the potential need to reschedule. This plan affords clients the benefit of one complimentary rescheduling opportunity at a nominal fee of HKD 300, provided that the RPP is purchased concurrently with the initial quotation. Should clients opt not to purchase the RPP at the time of the first quotation, any subsequent rescheduling will incur an administrative fee of HKD 1000. Please note that the RPP is non-refundable: if the service remains unused by the conclusion of our photography services, no refunds will be applicable.
  • What should I do if I am so sick and I would like to reschedule immediately
    Due to emergency circumstances that require immediate rescheduling (e.g., hospitalization or illness), please contact our customer service team. Guests are requested to provide valid documentary proof of the date, and we will consider making arrangements at our discretion, subject to an administrative fee of HKD 500. The updated booking date must be within six months, and guests must present the original supporting documents to our staff upon arrival.
  • How can I make a reschedule?
    You must contact our customer service team for the rescheduling, following our Rescheduling Policy listed on Terms and Conditions page. For customers who have not purchased our Rescheduling Protection Plan, a HKD 1000 administration fee will be charged immediately. For customers who have purchased our Rescheduling Protection Plan, please contact us for a free rescheduling.
  • Can I change my booking from a Weekday to a Holiday?
    If the original appointment was booked for a weekday, the rescheduling can only be changed to another weekday. If the original appointment was booked for a weekend or holiday, the rescheduling can only be changed to another weekend or holiday date.
